If you are currently using the VISA® Mobile Card App, you will need to log into the account management website with the same username and password you use to access the mobile app.
Make sure your most current email address on file is correct. The site uses one-time passcodes sent to the current email address on file for multi-factor authentication and security purposes. *By placing a lock on your VISA credit card via the LUSO Mobile Card App, you will prevent most types of card transactions from being processed until you take action to unlock your card. Any digital cards linked to the locked card will also be locked. However, the lock may not stop card transactions presented as a new recurring or previously scheduled recurring transaction by a merchant, transactions using other cards linked to your account, or the posting of refunds or credit adjustments to your account. Additionally, transactions that occurred prior to locking the card will not be affected. Locking your card IS NOT a replacement for reporting your card as lost or stolen. Data or wireless connection is required. Wireless carrier fees may apply.
