Banking has changed in recent months, but while the COVID-19 pandemic has shifted the way we conduct our day-to-day lives, it hasn’t changed our need to connect with others. You may be doing more of your banking online instead of coming into our branch, but our staff is still available to help you via the convenient Live Chat function on our website.
What is Live Chat?
With Live Chat from LUSO Federal Credit Union, you can chat online with a live Member Service or Lending Representative through your desktop or mobile device. These agents can handle your inquiries about membership requirements, personal and mortgage/home equity loans, online and mobile banking, any account questions you may have, and more.
When is Live Chat available?
Our agents are available through Live Chat Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We conveniently also offer you the opportunity to send an online inquiry to a Live Chat agent outside of business hours, and you can expect a response no later than the next business day.
How does it work?
Live Chat is available on our website. Simply visit www.lusofederal.com during business hours and a chat box should pop up identifying which LUSO staff member you’re connected to and soliciting your inquiry. Please be sure not to send personal information to us via this online chat. If no chat box pops up, or if you’re visiting our site outside of business hours, simply click the “Live Chat” icon in our website footer and enter your email address and question for a LUSO representative to connect with you on the next business day. It’s that easy!
